All the yearlong I accompany everybody to show and give notices about my collection.
I like to recover some kinds of plants forgotten or missing, but so loved by our grandmothers, like lillà, bougainvillea, citrus fruits, gardenias, lavender, jasmines.
I love roses charm, certainly known since Pharaonic period and portrayed in all their beauties in the Primavera of Botticelli, I like to think back over rose history around the world, especially in East and West, peculiarities, bearing, flowering, colours and in winter, multiform barriers.
In Maremma I started to know and appreciate Mediterranean plants, so lovely for easy growing and good resistance, very beautiful mixed with roses.
In spring you can visit nursery where I can show all news and curiosities around roses, with a short conference in the historical medieval wine cellar, meeting place for all rose lovers.
The garden walk is useful to learn techniques of plants breeding, and to discover areas with particular fragrant varieties, some smelling like nutmeg, some like grapefruit and some others like species.
The variable composition in the garden between plants and roses determines a marvellous harmony of colours and fragrances, really moving.
